HI Sarah, I just found your site through the exercise for injuries site.. I’ve been dealing with a bulging disc since the beginning of December and I keep relapsing.. I want so bad to get back to my weight workouts, but can’t right now, still dealing with sciatica too. I”m doing decompression and some PT exercises, how long did it take you to get back to workout out and can you recommend anything to help get me through this?
